DRUG pusher Clifford Curtis has been remanded in custody by a judge after being arrested on a warrant.
The 25-year-old was now being sentenced today for his part in selling heroin to undercover police in the town centre.
And Judge Tom Longbotham indicated he was not prepared to consider adjourning the matter further so Curtis can be considered for a drug rehabilitation requirement.
The judge issued a warrant without bail for his arrest and detention on Tuesday.
Curtis, of Cowleaze Cresent, was arrested after Operation Defy where undercover officers infiltrated town centre drug users and conducted test purchases.
