POLICE are appealing for help in finding a 25-year-old Swindon man who is believed to be suicidal.
Alexander disappeared on Wednesday and has not been in contact with friends or relatives since.
His family, who do not want his surname to be released publicly, have given police a photo of him to help their search.
Alexander is white, 5ft 4ins, slim, with short black hair, brown eyes and a tongue piercing.
He was last seen in the area of the Great Western Hospital on the afternoon of Wednesday.
At the time, he was wearing a dark blue zip-up jacket, denim jeans.
He was also suffering restricted mobility due to a spinal brace for a recent back injury.
Alexander failed to return home yesterday.
His mobile phone is switched off and checks with his bank reveal that no withdrawals have been made from his account.
Concern is growing for his welfare and police are urging anyone who knows Alexander's whereabouts or can help with any other information to get in touch.
Callers are asked to contact Swindon police on 0845 408 7000.
