Valley FC were perhaps the most impressive victors in the Abbey Meads 6-a-side football league, humbling Los Galacticos 10-2.
Total 90, however, stay top of the pile after a fine victory of their own, 7-0 over MUFC and Neil’s Tattoo Studio continue to ride high with a 6-4 cruise over Old ‘Em Pathetic as Ben Cartell was at his best.
Sevenfields were the pick of the other games, as Liam Drew was penciled in for the honours in a 5-3 victory over Cement FC.
Blunsdon rattled in eight goals without reply against Red Star and the odd goal in nine was enough for LMA to beat Gorse Hill Blues.
ST JOSEPHS SUNDAY
Matt Povey was the difference as The Messenger edged Boca Seniors by the odd goal in three.
The pick of the other games saw Stratton Six draw 4-4 with Booya despite the best efforts of Richard Smith.
