MEMBERS of the public will get a glimpse of life on the farm next month.
Vowley Farm, on Bincknoll Lane, Wootton Bassett, has signed up to the Open Farm Sunday event on June 13.
Part of a national event, the day runs from 11am until 3pm.
There will be cows, pigs, chickens and horses as well as an opportunity to climb on the tractor, walk in the fields, talk about biodynamic agriculture and find out how the farm produces its sausages.
Children can also learn where their jumpers come from.
Other attractions include butchers and cooking demonstrations, a farm produce barbecue and home made refreshments.
There will be a chance to buy the farm’s meat and other local produce.
Visitors are advised to bring wellies and wear scruffy clothing.
