Blunsdon Lads showed great battling qualities to remain top of the pile in the Swindon Abbey Meads 6-a-side Premier Division, overcoming Dragon in a 10-7 classic.
Total 90 kept up the pressure however with a Dale Crab inspired 7-0 thumping of Old Em Pathetic, whilst Danny Smith guided God With An Extra ‘O’ to a resounding 8-3 triumph over Cement FC.
The top two crossed swords in the First Division and Im Inter are the new leaders as they displaced Allstars in a 7-6 victory. Penhill took full advantage of the table topping clash with a resounding 8-3 win against FC Honda, whilst Fuso FC also put in a commanding performance in a 4-1 triumph over Old School.
Walcot Militants underlined their authority in the St Josephs 6-a-side league as Levi Cox was the stand out performer in a 7-0 rout of The Hustlers, whilst Christian Bridgman ensured Booya eased past Team Torin by four goals to nil.
