A NUMBER of petrol stations across the town have been forced to close and many will remain closed until Monday.
The following petrol stations are currently closed:
Total garage, High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett
Esso, Kingshill Road Harvest, Old Town
ASDA west Swindon
Esso, Swindon Road
The Adver has been told that due to a national delay with petrol tankers, supplies are unlikely to be delivered before Monday.
It was announced earlier today that the possible strike action with tank drivers next weekend has been called off.
