TWO masked teens who raided a petrol station at knife-point struck again 24 hours later.
The pair, both said to be 16, first burst into the deserted Esso garage in Kingshill at 8.15pm on Friday night and made off with a small amount in cash.
They then struck again at the Esso in High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, at 9.30pm last night - wearing the same clothes as the night before.
But this time shop staff raised the alarm and the youths escaped empty-handed, fleeing into a nearby housing estate.
One of the males was wearing a grey hooded top, dark trousers and trainers, while the one brandishing the knife as wearing a dark blue Adidas hooded top with lighter stripes, dark trousers and trainers.
Both, described as white, had their faces covered by bandanas.
Police are linking the two incidents and anynone with any information should contact DC Megan Kenzie on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
