ROYAL Wootton Bassett Orchestra will be performing a special proms concert as part of the Queen’s diamond jubilee celebrations.
The event will include music from all parts of the country, and will feature Last Night Of The Proms music.
Their new conductor, Alan MacRae, will be leading the concert on June 3 at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Wootton Bassett Orchestra has become Royal Wootton Bassett Orchestra after receiving special permission from The Cabinet Office.
Tickets cost £6 for adults, and £1 for under-16s. Tickets are available from any orchestra member, on the door, or from Brian Taylor Music Shop, in the High Street.
