FANS of singer and rapper Example will finally get to see their idol on Sunday when he returns to Swindon to play a rescheduled gig.
Example was due to appear at the Oasis Leisure Centre in December but the concert was cancelled because a leak in the roof was dripping onto the electricity supply.
More than 3,000 people were turned away at the last minute when it was ruled that the show could not go on. The chart-topper, however, spent around an hour signing autographs and chatting to his disheartened fans.
Example, whose name arose from his initials EG (Elliot Gleave), has had hits including Kickstarts and Changed The Way You Kiss Me.
Tickets for the original gig are still valid, or are still available to buy at £17.50 plus £2 booking fee. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.
