ELECTION NIGHT: Ballot boxes start to arrive at election count
THE first of the ballot boxes have begun to arrive at the Oasis Leisure Centre.
The sports hall, which will be the centre of action throughout the night, is slowly filling up with candidates, council officials and election staff and there is an air of anticipation building.
The town's media are on stand by for the results to start coming in, and officials are predicting the first wards will be called at 12.30am.
