THE Conservatives were celebrating after winning the Priory Vale ward.
Mark Edwards received 1,127 votes, Toby Lewis received 1,161 votes and Emma Faramarzi received 1,109.
Coun Faramarzi said: "I am absolutely delighted to be elected in Priory Vale.
"I owe the honour to the residents and we will serve them well and continue to fight inappropriate development such as Tadpole Farm."
Coun Lewis said: "I am delighted that the people of Priory Vale have confidence in me.
"I will do my best to serve them."
And Coun Edwards said: "It is fantastic. I am really pleased to be working with the residents of Priory Vale and we will do everything to ensure that they get what they want from us."
The turnout for the ward was 23 per cent.
