WE HAVE reached the halfway point in the election count with 10 wards out of 20 being declared.
The Conservatives have 18 councillors so far, Labour have six and the Lib Dems have three.
There are still 10 wards to be called and the council will have 57 councillors in total.
Among those still to be announced is Old Town, which was shaping up to be one of the most controversial seats.
