Top motivational speaker and business coach Lynne Copp of the Worklife Company is back at the Swindon Mindful Employer Network this June.
The organisational development expert, executive coach, author and public speaker has been booked for a talk entitled Creating and Sustaining Organisational and Human Wellbeing kindly hosted by DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon on Tuesday 13th June. The event will be chaired by Melanie Richens of the UK College of Personal Development.
Lynne is a leader with extensive experience in leadership coaching, system transformation and culture change across a wide range of organisations and industries. She has worked with companies like Ernst & Young, Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Hewlett Packard, the NHS, Birmingham City Council, the Police and the Armed Forces.
The event will explore leadership in a turbulent world, elements of a Living Organisation, human wellbeing factors and will highlight tools and tips to support you to create better change. Lynne says of her presentation: “We can no longer place attention on leading change, but rather, accommodating change. That is the new world. Organisational and Human wellbeing will come as a result of adaptability, nimbleness and letting go of controlling change in traditional ways. Creating a Living Organisation™ is one that is focused on striving for a common cause that is good, and requires strong and uncompromising values that underpin every single system, process and living being in that organisation. Our world, communities, people and future generations deserve better; so, we had BETTER CHANGE.
During this workshop, learn about the new ways that not only support resilience and wellbeing in employees, but also create and sustain an organisation focused on operating differently. The result is organisational and human wellbeing…for good!
Mike Godfrey of Business West and Deputy Chair of the Swindon Mindful Employer Network says: “We are really pleased to welcome Lynne back to the Swindon network, which continues to grow. She has considerable experience of successful business cultures, effective organisational change and the importance of wellbeing in the workplace. We are delighted to return to DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon for a second time and look forward to a full conference room once again.”
Adam Flint, General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon said: “The hotel is keen to support this initiative once more and we hope to welcome many Swindon business leaders and employers representatives in June.
