ON-LOAN defender Josh Lelan will not be available to manager Mark Cooper when Swindon Town visit Luton Town in the first round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday night.
Derby County, the centre back's parent club, have not given Town permission to field the teenager, Cooper confirmed to the local media today.
It means the Swindon boss is likely to bring Raphael Branco into his three-man defence to partner Nathan Thompson and Jordan Turnbull, unless he completes the signing of Southampton's Jack Stephens before the trip to Kenilworth Road.
