THERE has still been no decision made over the extension of Josh Lelan’s work experience loan deal.
The Derby youngster joined Town on a month long deal that expires after Saturday’s home fixture with Crewe and has made one start, that coming against Scunthorpe on the opening day.
The former England under 18 defender also came off the bench to replace Massimo Luongo on Tuesday night at Gillingham.
In his pre-match press conference yesterday Mark Cooper said nothing had been decided on his future at the club adding it was unlikely any further deals would be struck for other signings before the weekend.
Former Sydney United striker Joel Chianese is training with Town until the end of the week when a decision will be made on his future.
Cooper said on Chianese: “He’s a striker more of a number 10 than a number nine. He likes to link the play up and score goals and he’s done ok.”
