A MEMORIAL football match for Jack Savage, who tragically lost his life in a car accident in May last year, will be played between a Croft XI and a Wroughton XI this Sunday, August 24.
Savage played for both teams as a youngster. The game’s winner will hold the trophy for a year. Kick-off is 2pm at the Weir Field in Wroughton.
The match will be followed by a hog roast at The Fox & Hounds in Wroughton, as part of an evening of live music.
