SWINDON Storm were put through the wringer once again on Sunday as they were thrashed by the Torbay Trojans in their final home match of the 2016 season.
Colin Branagh’s side failed to reach their opposition’s end zone as they were beaten 28-3 by the Torbay Trojans at Supermarine rugby club – their fifth defeat in a row.
The Storm, who are currently fourth in SFC Two West of the BAFA National League, haven’t tasted victory since their 25-9 win on the road against their conquerors on Sunday and have three more away trips on their schedule before they bring the curtain down on this summer’s campaign.
They travel to Dorset on July 10 to take on the Jurassic Coast Raptors before meeting the Cornish Sharks later that month and signing off at current leaders Oxford Saints on August 14.
