LAWN A failed to beat Moredon A but put up a fighting performance in Swindon & District League Division One, while their C team put on another faultless performance against Jets in Division Two, winning 46-25.
Goal attack Maya Dennison earned herself player of the match honours for her shooting and drives from the centre court to the circle.
In Division Three, Moredon B came out on top in their clash with Nationwide C.
Nationwide had a one-goal lead at half-time, but their performances stalled in the third quarter despite a player of the match turn from goal keeper Georgina Brain.
Royal Wootton Bassett A won 51-19 against Croft D, Grace Evans being awarded player of the match.
In Division Four, Lawn D played Croft E and trailed by two goals at the first break.
Restoring parity in the second and third quarters, they eventually crept ahead in the final period for a 41-38 triumph, goal attack Holly Atkins receiving player of the match honours.
Royal Wootton Bassett B edged Delta Reds C 43-40, with Kath Young their player of the match.
Lawn E took on Moredon C in Division Five, dominating the play and taking the lead in the first quarter.
Goalkeeper Jade Young, returning from injury, showed her dominance in the defensive circle and earned herself the player of the match award in the 45-18 success.
Royal Wootton Bassett C team beat Fairford C 29-24, Mollie Smith the player of the match.
SUNDAY saw the Lawn junior squads enjoy successes with the U11A team taking a 13-7 win against Raychem B and the U12s beating Croft 25-11, with Leni Dawson the player of the match.
Lawn’s U11B side lost out 19-2 to Pinehurst, despite a player of the match effort from, Jess Williams.
Lawn’s U16 regional squad clinched victory in their final match of the season against Old Chelts Falcons, Ashley Warwick their player of the match in a 34-22 victory.
