Stevenage FC have this afternoon signed former Swindon Town loanee Elijah Adebayo on loan until the end of the season.
Adebayo spent the first half of the 2018/19 season on loan at the County Ground – making 30 appearances and finding the net just five times – before a lack of discipline and a series of underwhelming performances bought his time at the club to an end.
The 21-year-old Fulham striker has signed on-loan at Broadhall Way with a view to a permanent deal in the Summer.
Speaking to Stevenage FC’s club website, he said: “I am eager to get going now and try to help the club achieve their goals.
“I am grateful for the opportunity and hope to make my mark on the team this season.”
