SWINDON Town have unveiled the club's new 'retro' third kit for the 2022-23 campaign.
Town released its red home shirt and white away shirt back in June, but with the season nine games old, the club has opted to announce a third option.
The club teased fans with two brief looks earlier on Monday alongside the captions, "something special is landing tomorrow" and "cherish the present, while embracing our future."
Expecting the unveiling to be on Tuesday, Swindon surprised fans by bringing out their third kit late on Monday.
Town's latest kit launch sees Scott Lindsey's men include a predominantly green strip in their wardrobe, following a 'black-out' number last season.
The 22-23 version - manufactured by Puma - consists of a green and white diagonal zig-zags across the shirt, while the shorts and socks are plain green.
The shirt and socks have white trim around the outside, which Town say "brings the design to life."
As well as the bright yellow shirt sponsor, Swindon's new shirt features a kangaroo in the bottom corner as a nod to owner Clem Morfuni.

Town's goalkeeper will wear bright orange, although it is currently unclear what the exact design will look like.
In a statement from Town announcing the kit, the club said: "The football club has a lasting relationship with the colour, having originally worn it for four season between 1897 and 1901.
"Since then, our players have also donned green in 1991 right through to 1993, again in 1996 and most recently during the 2017/18 season."
Swindon say the shirt, which will cost £44.99 for an adult, is only available in limited numbers from the club shop.
It will go on sale from midday on Tuesday, hours before the club's League Two clash at home to Sutton United.
Lindsey’s side will wear the new shirt in competitive action for the first time on Saturday, September 17 when they travel to Doncaster Rovers in League Two.
Rovers' red and white home kit would have presented some logistical issues for Swindon, but that will no longer be the case after the introduction of the predominantly green strip.
The reaction from fans on social media was overwhelmingly positive, with many insisting they would be queueing up to get their hands on one around midday on Tuesday.
