If you have always dreamed of playing for Swindon Town, you may finally have your chance next month.
Town are holding goalkeeper trials at Foundation Park across three age groups on Sunday, December 11.
“We’re holding trials with a focus on developing the next generation of stoppers at SN1,” read a statement on the club’s official website.
Throughout the day there will be three sessions catered at assessing young goalies.
“The trials will consist of a variety of different drills that will enable our coaches to look at the technical abilities of all those in attendance,” continued the statement.
A training session for under-11s and 12s will take place between 9am and 10am, with under-13s and 14s then getting a chance to show their talent from 10am to 11am.
Finally, any promising under-15s and 16s will be able to attend the last session from 11am to 12pm.
This news comes after Town named young keeper, Jack Copland, in their squad this month for their League Two game against Tranmere Rovers.
If you are interested in attending be aware that Town only have limited spaces available in each of the age groups and you can register online to confirm attendance here.
