Swindon Town travel to North Wales for their clash with Wrexham AFC but it remains unclear whether their opponents’ Hollywood owners will be at the match.
The League Two clash kicks off at the Racecourse Ground at 3pm with Town looking to build on their great start to the season.
Wrexham were promoted into the division in May after a thrilling Vanarama National League campaign that saw them top the table with 111 points.
The home side’s emphatic title victory was a sign of progress following the Hollywood takeover of the club by acting duo Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney in February 2021.
Both men have attended games at the Racecourse Ground regularly since joining the club with celebrity friends such as Hugh Jackman, Will Ferrell and Charlie Day also visiting.
It is still unconfirmed as to whether Ryan, Rob, or any star guests will be at the stadium this afternoon for the arrival of the Robins.
Many have assumed that the duo will not be attending given their absence earlier on in the week for Wrexham’s first win of the season versus Walsall.
Swindon themselves will aim to build on their late win over Forest Green Rovers on Tuesday with both sides heading into the match on good form.
