Swindon Town have confirmed their fifth pre-season friendly for this summer as Wycombe Wanderers will visit the County Ground in August.

As Mark Kennedy and his side gear up for the 2024/25 League Two season, they will welcome the League One outfit to the County Ground on the weekend before the season begins on August 10 as their final warm-up before the competitive action starts.

Swindon have already confirmed visits to local Non-League sides during pre-season, taking on Swindon Supermarine, Highworth Town, Melksham Town, and Hungerford Town as they look to install Kennedy’s system ahead of the season beginning.

Wycombe, who finished tenth in League One last season, are at present the only league opposition that Swindon have confirmed a fixture against during their pre-season and is also the only friendly currently being played at the County Ground and so it will be the first opportunity for fans to see new faces like Ollie Clarke, Tunmise Sobowale, and Rosaire Longelo on home turf.

Swindon begin their pre-season at the Webbswood Stadium against Swindon Supermarine on July 6, although have yet to confirm friendly matches for July 13 and 27, so more matches could be still to be announced.
