Highlights from Swindon's behind-closed-door friendly against Swansea have been released.

While the footage shows that the Reds struggled against their championship opponents for most of the game, there was one diamond in the rough.

Newly turned-professional youngster Jaxon Brown scored an audacious goal from distance, which has garnered praise from Swindon fans and even a few Swansea ones as well.

Brown's goal can be seen here.

One person wrote: "Swindon with one of the goals of the season already."

Another added: "A brilliant goal by Swindon's 17-year old Brown."

Town finished the first half of the match on Saturday 2-0 down courtesy of goals from Swansea's Liam Cullen in the 14th minute, and a 38-minute penalty from Matt Grimes.

Brown, who was among a handful of youth players to recently sign pro deals, was one of 10 players who came on at the break and clawed a goal back with a finish into the top corner.

Ukrainian Mykola Kuharevich scored Swansea's third in the 71st minute to see out the game.
