Tickets for upcoming Swindon Town matches will now only be available to buy from ticket windows.

Swindon Town Football Club has announced changes to how fans can purchase tickets ahead of their match against Gillingham on Saturday, October 26, citing 'issues with a third-party platform on match days'.

There will now be no ticket sales in store on game day, but the club shop will remain open as usual for retail purchases.

Although ticket windows can take both cash and card payments, the club has recommended supporters bring the exact cash to purchase their tickets if possible and consider buying them in advance.

A spokesperson said: “Going forward, we also encourage fans to buy in advance of matchday as you can purchase tickets online here, over the phone or inside the STFC club shop.

“Club shop phone lines are open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 4pm, in line with the store opening hours.

“If you have any issues with your online ticketing account, please email queries@swindontownfc.co.uk.”
