Swindon Town midfielder Dylan Mitchell has joined National League North outfit Hereford FC on a one-month loan.
Having joined Swindon in the summer after impressing on trial following his departure from Aston Villa, Mitchell has been involved with the first-team squad, making appearances against Crawley Town, Walsall, and Crewe Alexandra.
However, he has not been part of a squad for a league game since Port Vale in September and now heads out on loan to gain more experience.
Mitchell played for Alvechurch on loan last season in the Southern League Premier Division Central and now makes the step into the sixth tier with play-off chasing Hereford.
Caddis said in the announcement about his new signing: “Dylan is a player who excelled at step 3 last season and was deservedly rewarded with a move to the EFL with Swindon Town.
"Dylan is an energetic central midfielder who has the discipline in and out of possession and will provide a good option for us in the central areas.
“I’d like to thank Swindon Town for all their help in getting the deal over the line. I’m really looking forward to seeing Dylan in and around our environment for the foreseeable future.”
