With a weekend impacted by Storm Bert, many games across Wiltshire were postponed.
However, some sides were still in action, so how did they get on?
National League South – Chippenham and Salisbury
Chippenham Town are just four points off the play-off places after a 2-0 win over St Albans City.
Leone Gravata’s cross bounced off a defender and fell to Harry Parsons, and he opened the scoring in first half stoppage time as he volleyed in a loose ball.

It wasn’t long into the second half until the Bluebirds would get their second and it was a link-up between Gravata and Parsons again. The tricky winger played the ball across goal and attacking midfielder Tom Mehew jumped over the ball as it arrived at the feet of Parsons who smashed home.
Due to the impacts of Storm Bert, Salisbury were out of action as their game against in-form Maidstone was postponed.
Southern Premier Division South – Swindon Supermarine
Swindon Supermarine are two points away from a play-off place after a comfortable 3-1 win against struggling Marlow.
It was the relegation-threatened side who took the lead as midfielder Harry Hoath powered a header past Luke Purnell.
Marine found their way back into the game on the 31st minute mark as Michael Fernandes cut inside and fired his shot past the goalkeeper at his near post.
The goal helped the hosts spring into gear and six minutes later, Gabe Reivers played Olly Mehew through and he confidently drove the ball into the back of the net.
The third came with 26 minutes to go until full time as Reivers latched onto a loose ball and rounded-off the victory with a strong finish.
Southern Football League Division One South – Melksham and Westbury
Melksham’s trip to midtable Tavistock was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch, something which was a common theme over the weekend.
Westbury were in action however and stormed to victory in a shock 4-0 win against Willand Rovers.
The visitors found themselves 1-0 up with not even a minute on the clock as Joe Beardwell won the flick-on and Charlie Walton slotted home.
It was two 14 minutes later as Walton tapped into an empty net after a mix-up at the back from Rovers.
A scramble in the box led to Bevan Cross being able to put the result beyond doubt in just 33 minutes.
The fourth came with one minute to go until full time as Beardwell chopped past the Willand defender and slammed it past the goalkeeper to secure a statement victory.
That’s a wrap, a brilliant weekend for the #WHM and their travelling support. 👏

Hellenic League Premier Division – Highworth Town, Corsham and Royal Wootton Bassett
Highworth lost 2-0 to second place Inkberrow but remain in a comfortable fourth position despite defeat.
Midfielder Jay Higgins-Pugsley’s broke the deadlock as his low shot got past Ollie Gargett at the near post in the 57th minute.
The second came in stoppage time, as Inkberrow caught Highworth on the counter and Aaron Brown slotted the ball into the bottom right corner.
Corsham were victims of a waterlogged pitch as their game against Pershore was postponed, whilst Royal Wootton Bassett were not in action over the weekend.
