SWINDON's visit to Gillingham on April 21 could be played in an empty stadium following a row between the club and Kent Police.
Gillingham are currently involved in a dispute over the cost and number of police officers needed at Priestfield Stadium for the match.
The council have now slapped the club with a prohibition notice on the game preventing supporters from attending.
