WOOTTON Bassett striker Max Kitchin scored all five goals in his side’s 5-3 victory over Robins in Under 15s Division 1.

At the break the score stood at 2-1 to Bassett with Lawrence Rees scoring for Robins, before end to end action in the second half saw Josh Bolton and another goal for Rees give Robins a 3-2 lead. But three more unanswered goals from Kitchin ensured three points for Bassett.

Under 11 Division 1

CROFT Red exacted revenge following their Wiltshire County cup final defeat at the hands of Swindon Rangers A, by beating the same opposition 1-0 and achieving their first clean sheet of the season.

Tom Phillips’ goal was enough to seal the points for Croft.

Under 13 Division 2

CROFT bounced back from a weekend defeat with a midweek victory over Ferndale Rodbourne B.

Ferndale took an early lead but Croft recovered to be level at half time thanks to a goal from Brandon Sardo. Croft scored four further goals after the break which included two from Louis O'Shea and single strikes from Tom Holland and Joseph Kirby.

Two goals from the prolific Mitchell Sutton, the second a mazy solo run from the half way line, and a goal straight from a corner by Tom Boddy, earned the points in Blunsdon Colts 3-2 win over FC Calne.

Croft Juniors and Shaw battled out a hard fought 2-2 draw on Sunday afternoon. Croft came back twice, once in each half to secure a deserved point. Louis O'Shea bagged a brace for Croft, one of which was from the spot.

Under Division 3

SEVENFIELDS United went down 3-1 to Avonvale with their only goal coming by way of a Jordon Hendon volley.

Under 14 Division 2

BLUNSDON Colts went into the break two goals to the good against Brinkworth Cats B thanks to two goals from Tristan Griffiths-Dyer. Abir Rahman also bagged a brace whilst Joe Adams and Liam Elliott also found themselves on the scoresheet to give Blunsdon the victory.

Alex Cook opened the scoring for Swindon Supermarine against Wroughton and Billy Paget added a second thanks to a surging run and brilliant cross from Sam Hunt, to make the half time score 2-0 to Supermarine. Harvey Michael lobbed the keeper to make it 3-0 inside the first minute of the second half, thanks to a sweet move involving five players. Wroughton managed to pull a goal back, however, Sam Hunt made it 4-1 to Supermarine before Wroughton grabbed another to make the final score 4-2.

Under 15 Division 2

GOALS from Bradley Keene and Stuart Smith were not enough as Ferndale Rodbourne went down 5-2 away to Ramsbury.

Despite the result Ferndale Rodbourne were promoted together with Minchinhampton with one game left to determine who will be champions. Croft shared the spoils with Old Town, with Will Toombs equalising for Croft.

Under 16 Division 2

CROFT B took the lead midway through the first half before Keir Burroughs brought Wanborough level with an excellent chip over the keeper from an acute angle within the 18-yard box.

Both teams had chances to win the game before George Heath scored the winner for Wanborough 15 minutes from the end with his 17th goal of the season.

Under 17/18 Division 1

A CLOSE game saw Old Town United earn a valuable win against Blunsdon Colts with a Danny Knight header in the second half.
