GOALKEEPER James Lavis scored direct from a drop-ball in DJC Marlborough’s 4-2 victory over Highworth in the Swindon & District League Premier Division.
Also on the scoresheet for the hosts were Mike Burns (2) and Lee Bicknell.
Meanwhile, Fratellos inched closer to the Swindon & DIstrict League Premier Division title with a 5-1 thrashing of nearest rivals Village Inn.
Joe Deyager began the scoring and Dave Slattery made it 2-1 to Fratellos.
In the second half Slattery bagged his second from the penalty spot, before Bradley Clarke and Gio De Sando completed the rout.
Queensfield had a 6-4 home win against Pembroke courtesy of a hat-trick from Blaine Fitzgerald, a brace from Adam Jack and a further effort from Mikey Jack.
VBA Rangers crushed Swindon Spitfires 9-1 thanks to goals from Daryl Herring (4), Rob Curtis (2), Jon Mapson, Carl Wyatt and Daniel Doole.
Andy Huggins (2) and Ross Townsend sealed a 3-1 victory for Spectrum at Korr Services for whom Darryl Kemble hit a consolation.
Doubles from Matthew Barns and Adam Wilkins were not enough to prevent Lower Stratton suffering a 9-4 thrashing at home to Auto Engine Tune Harlequin.
In the rain and hail, Ramsbury went into half time 4-1 up against Chiseldon Reserves.
After the break Chiseldon got two more goals but Ramsbury added another of their own. Chiseldon’s goalscorers were Dave Pridday (2) and Alex Makoric.
