Local eventer Georgie Spence is on the lookout for a new groom for her Lock Farm stable in Foxham.
The position being advertised by Spence is a full-time member of staff, working five and a half days a week, from 8am to 5.30pm.
The role involves yard work, riding and lunging and travel to a number of competitions nationwide. The position is either live in or live out but Spence is after an individual with competition grooming experience though that is not essential.

Meanwhile entrants at the Badminton Horse Trials can look forward to an even better payday in 2014 as the competition’s prize money has been upped.
The event, which is sceduled to take place between May 7-11 this year at the Duke of Beaufort’s local estate, will now offer £80,000 to its winner.
That is an increase of £15,000 from 12 months previously, while prize money will be offered right down to 20th place.
