ANGLING:THE McKay family took over The Duke match at Bourton-on-the-Water, taking the top three places.
Fishing against 20 others, George McKay took the top spot with 68lb of carp and was followed by his younger brother Kerry who was only 4lb behind.
Then came father Phil with 58-8-0. Graham Cooper won his section with 58-2-0 and Paul Bolton won the other section with 52lb.
n Paul Ogbourne recorded two wins within a week, firstly topping The Duke match on the New Canal at Ivy House.
He recorded a 341/2 lb weight to beat Mick Robins (26lb) and Pete Kerr (15lb).
Ogbourne went on to fish the Saturday match at Bourton-on-the-Water and took a cracking 167lb.
n Local anglers have done well in the second round of the Rolf's Spring League at Oxford.
Mick Lane won the match with 157lb, fishing pellet up in the water at 14 metres.
Their team of three, who won easily on the day, was made up of Phil Powell, who was third in his section and included an 8lb chub, and John Bennett who was second in his section.
At the same venue in the Wednesday Open Phil Powell was second and included another 8lb chub in his 164lb catch.
