Jon Williams, manager of Bath Racecourse, will be hoping for a change of luck with the weather for their meeting at the Lansdown course on Monday.
Williams told Turf Talk: "It was a great pity the rain and mist came down over the course on Wednesday for the first race in the Bathwick Tyres Ladies' Derby.
"We haven't had decent weather for any of our fixtures so far this season, so let's hope our luck changes on Monday."
The meeting gets underway at 2pm with a two-year-old EBF novices' stakes over five furlongs that could be won by local trainer Brian Meehan with Scented Present, due to be ridden by Frankie Dettori.
In the three-year-old maiden at 4pm Salesin could make the trip from Newmarket pay off for trainer Luca Cumani and jockey Nicky Mackay.
n Sunday's Flat meeting at Ripon begins with a two-year-old selling stakes where Tokyo Jo, trained by Karl Burke and ridden by Robert Winston, could get punters off to a good start.
In-form jockey Jamie Spencer could add to his great start to the season by going close on Justy, Cool Hunter and Firenze.
