JOCKEY Hayley Turner reached double figures for the new season at Chester in the week when she rode Horseradish (7-4) to victory in the Stellar Group Handicap over six furlongs.
The three-year-old, trained by Michael Bell, was always travelling well and quickened to the front a furlong out.
The first woman jockey to ride 100 winners in a year, Turner posted another first at Newbury recently when she rode Tactician to victory in the royal colours, making her the first female jockey to ride a winner for the Queen.
