Swindon Wildcats weathered a Bracknell Bees onslaught to take a lead at the end of the second period.
Despite Bracknell being camped in Swindon's half for much of the period two goals from Petkoff gave Cats a great chance of victory.
Bees were frustrated on 33 minutes when they had a goal ruled out by the referee but on the very next shift Jasik beat Craze to put the home side 2-1 up at 32.47.
Cats levelled at 33.20 with Petkoff netting at the third attempt to leve the scores.
And much to the frustration of the home side, Cats took the lead at 34.28 when Richardson, Wheaton and Davies combined to set up Petkoff to score.
