The Adver's Joe Acklam gives his thoughts on the performance as Swindon Town drew 1-1 at Tranmere Rovers.
Swindon were on the road again three days after a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Port Vale in League Two had ended their run of drawing each match on the road so far this campaign.
Kristian Dennis found the back of the net inside 20 minutes to score Tranmere's fourth goal of the season after Dan Barden had initially denied Harvey Saunders as he tried to go around him.
Following a non-descript rest of the first half, Town came out with more energy after the break and were rewarded with a slice of luck as George Cox's corner into the near post was crashed into the back of the net off the unwilling head of Chris Merrie.
Swindon pushed for a winner but neither side were able to conjure up the quality required to claim all three points.
After the game, Acklam sat down to discuss the performance from Swindon after winning just once in their opening nine games of the campaign, the decision from Mark Kennedy to change his goalkeeper to Barden from Jack Bycroft, and how to view the general performance levels this term.
