AS a resident of the Railway Village, I am appalled to hear the bus company is going to run buses two ways through the village, one a minute!

We have limited parking as it is and we will lose more spaces, plus the environmental damage that will be done to these heritage properties.

As I understand it the buses were stopped because of this very reason. Many of the residents here as disabled and the cars are our legs.

The way the buses swing round the corner giving no space to oncoming vehicles, it’s yet another accident waiting to happen.

I am most upset about this. There has been no consultation with us at all and for the last 4-5 years there has been no signage of how to get in or out of the village.

Yet more inconsideration from the council giving us no options.
