HOW pathetic and gutless are our so-called leaders. I see the Mayor of Calais has promised to give free ferry passes to the human mess in his own backyard so they can come to the UK.

How much more can this tiny island take?

Let our so-called French friends turn them round and send them back to where they came from, by force if necessary.

The true citizens of this proud land can only take so much political contempt for our way of life.

We have just finished and remembering the Great War sacrifices. Did they die so their homeland is now slowly becoming a cosmopolitan mess?

To really honour their sacrifice the powers that be should close the borders now and get out of the EU and restore the English way of life (work, religion etc), but most of all stop once and for all interfering in the troubles of other nations that have nothing to do with their wars.

If the ghosts of the two world wars walked the streets once more they would not recognise their country of birth but feel betrayed by its 21st century leaders.
