COULD I congratulate everybody connected with Aldbourne Ward at the Great Western Hospital from the cleaners to Mr Deo, the surgeon, and all stations in between, for making my stay in hospital so enjoyable.
Everybody was so efficient, understanding and kind, with excellent food and service. In fact, I couldn’t anything. The two things that really impressed me were the cheerfulness of all the staff, as some of the patients could be a little trying (like me perhaps), and the other thing was the team spirit of all the staff, helping one another, all pulling in the same direction to make the patients stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
I am pleased to say that I am going along nicely. I have a good nurse at home, but you all put me on the right road. Very many thanks, you are a credit to the community, especially the NHS.
