DID this council think it is arrogant enough to foist a warden scheme on tenants, charge them £4 a month extra on their rents and expect to get away without comment.

We have never been informed of what powers they have, how many are there, where do they patrol and when? If I need help I phone the appropriate authorities which I already pay through the council tax not a warden.

Nothing has been mentioned of the housing department's other scheme a prize of £500 to a tenant who has never been in arrears with their rent, five prizes of £100 to tenants in arrears, providing they pay £25 back towards their arrears. Who thought that one up? What an insult to tenants who pay their rent regularly.
