SO once again the vulnerable residents of Swindon are being penalised by doing away with the return fare on buses.
If one has to travel frequently by bus, tough luck tinkerbell.
You can buy a travel pass except that you now receive fewer journeys for your money.
It may only be a few pence to some, but these soon mount up so let's go by car.
Where is the incentive to use public transport? Why no free travel for people with disabilities?
