It’s that time of year when the daffodils in Queens Drive are coming into full bloom and I get a sore tongue.
No, I don’t have an allergy. It’s because I have to keep biting it. Why? It’s to stop myself from going out and asking people not to trample on, ride bikes through, pull up and throw at each other or take them home in great handfuls. With Mother’s Day nearly upon us, more and more will be picked. My request is, please leave them alone to grow and enjoy them in their natural state and stop me getting a sore tongue.
There is also the matter of you breaking the law.
